WACKO Gone Proby

Say hello to our newest proby, GAWDAM WACKO!  Wacko has already been racing in AWDC since the first season, and is set for a good run in the second too.  We expect for him a swift advancement out of probation, and wish him the best on the track as a fellow member of TYA very soon.

AWDC Returns!

Congrats, ASK

One of the final racers to be entering TYA has done so in record-breaking time.  Please welcome ASK420, who went from proby to member in less then a day's length!  He had shown great potential and sportsmanship in the AWDC, and we are sure such a trend will not fade off in him for race events yet to come.

Closing The Proby Gap

Say hello to ALPHA SNIPER69.  He may very well be the last person to enter our ranks, as TYA is reaching the absolute limit of its roster size!  TYA hopes for a speedy path to membership for SNIPER, and we look forward to racing with him soon.

Three More Into The Fold

TYA has recently given the promotion to not one, not two, but three racers earlier this week!  Though some had a more difficult road then others, we welcome EM SoulesS, STALLIONO, and XI L3THRFACE IX into the fold as full members.  All three are already participating in TYA's own AWDC tournament, and are performing admirably.  We wish them the best, not only in the rest of AWD Challenge, but future races and tourneys to come.

TYA Rocks The AWDC

With 14 out of 21 registered drivers showing up to kick off Season 1 of the AWDC, there was some pretty great racing going on.  Noone throughout the race ever new what position they were in, because they were changing so often.  In the end it was TYA taking all three podiums spots, and all three sets of bonus points.  Will the streak continue?  Noone knows, but if you want to find out I suggest making it to Race 2.

Incoming Proby

Another racer has come in to join our ranks, by the name of XI L3THRFACE IX, ready to face the probation period.  TYA wishes him a smooth transition on his road to becoming a full member, and is eager to see what he can do on the track very soon.

AWDC Is Upon Us

With cars such as the Stealth and G35 taking center stage, the All-Wheel-Drive Challenge (AWDC) is rolling into action as TYA's very first tournament in just one week!  We already have over a dozen participants, ranging from the new and old of TYA to some of our good friends from Team DMR!  We welcome racers of all backgrounds and skill levels, and hope to see you there July 16th.  For info on the full list of cars, specs, and how to participate, please visit the AWD Challenge page.

Two New Recruits

TYA's roster seems to be growing quicker then ever these days.  We've got a couple new racers entering the scene, under a probational status that we hope they can pass through as swiftly and easily as possible.  Please welcome STALLIONO and EM SoulesS, TYA's newest probies.

Welcome Aboard, Jay

In the quickest time anyone has ever entered the ranks of TYA as a full member, we welcome svtjay into our racing family.  He has known several members of TYA since the days of Forza 1, but will soon be known as a friendly and competitive racer amongst the rest of our roster.  TYA welcomes Jay and wishes him a memorable and exciting time of racing to be had with us in the near future.

TYA Visits Sebring

BManTYA and BadHareDay took a trip together to this years ALMS 12 Hours at Sebring.  The season opener was chocked full of excitement.  As Bad would say, and did a few times, it's definately not NASCAR.  Through twelve hours of racing there were only 6-7 cautions.  Most of which were only a lap or two.  We've already started talking about next years trip, and trying to get more people to join us.  You can find pictures and videos of the race in the TYA Gallery.

Founding Father Leaves TYA

Wavo has been with TYA since it's inception five years ago.  He's seen the good and the bad of online racing.  It was a hard decision for him to make, but his personal life has blossomed, and it has become increasingly hard for him to race.  He hopes to return to TYA one day, and we at TYA will always keep a slot open for him.

Snake Joins The Ranks

After what seemed like an extremely long probationary period, Hawaiian Snake joins the ranks within TYA Racing.  He has already begun to make us proud by jumping in and competing in multiple tournaments.  Great attitude and good skill will definately get him far.  Welcome Snake.

Radio TYA Returns

After quite some time, Radio TYA returns to blow your speakers.  Covering just about every genre known to man, Radio TYA tries to please just about every Racer out there.  Radio TYA plays nothing but Racing, Speed and or Car related tunes.  They'll make you dance, they'll make you laugh with everything form Rock to clips of the Bob and Tom show.  If you don't hear it on Radio TYA, you don't need to hear it.

Metal Makes Member

TYA Racing is proud to announce it's newest member, VacuolateMetal.  It didn't take long to see just how good he was at racing.  In his first race in DMR's COT Series, he managed to take home third place which, as everybody knows, is not an easy feet.  It took even less time to learn that he has a great attitude.  Even in the heat of competition he maintains a patient and polite manner.  We look forward to racing and competing with him.

Marshall Comes Back Home

After taking some time off to handle some personal issues, MB Marshall LE has returned to TYA.  He's got his 360, got his Forza 2 Disc and as soon as he gets his Live Membership renewed he'll be back online racing with us.  Don't think he'll be a pushover though when he arrives online.  He's already started working on his Forza 2 Career and with TYA's help he'll be up to speed in 0:00.026 seconds.  We at TYA would just like to say welcome home Marshall.

We Just Keep Growing

TYA Racing Turns 5

It's been a long, and sometimes bumpy road, but TYA Racing has made it to our fifth Birthday.  Over the last five years we've made many Friends on Xbox Live.  Some of which have even become Members.  We are proud to be one of the oldest Xbox Live based Racing Leagues in gaming today.  We hope that you will all join us in celebrating our fifth year by adding us to your Friends list and gaming with us.  Thanks to all of our Friends for helping us make it five years, and we hope to see you all for number six.

TYA Racing Says Goodbye

After many years as a Driver and part-time Crew Chief, Apache59 has decided to Retire from TYA Racing.  He does not intend on leaving all aspects of racing behind.  You will still see him from time to time racing Just-4-Fun on Xbox Live.  We all wish him well in his future endeavors, and will miss him greatly.  Goodbye Apache, and remember, there will always be a spot in TYA for you.

BadHareDay Gets Promoted

Although his membership has not been as long as many others, BadHareDay has proven himself a more than worthy addition to TYA Racing.  He's fast, he's clean and now he's our newest Recruiter.
